2. Data processed

The site may process data voluntarily provided by the user through email or contact forms, such as name, email address, organization, message content and information relating to booking, radio, label or collaboration requests.

The site may also process technical data strictly necessary for the operation of the service and privacy/cookie preferences.

• respond to requests submitted by the user;
• manage booking requests, availability, events and collaborations;
• manage relationships and communications with radio stations, media, artists and partners;
• ensure security, technical operation and management of the site’s privacy preferences.

4. Legal basis

For requests relating to booking, services, collaborations or professional relationships, processing may be necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject or to manage the requested relationship.

For technical activities strictly necessary for the operation of the site, processing is limited to what is required to provide the service. Any non-essential tools are loaded only according to the privacy preferences expressed by the user.

5. Nature of data provision

Data marked as required in the forms is needed to respond to the request. Failure to provide it may make it impossible to properly handle the message or booking request.

6. Recipients and third-party services

Data may be processed by technical providers strictly necessary for hosting, email or site management, according to their respective privacy roles. The current configuration does not include advertising systems or Google Analytics.

YouTube content, when present, is blocked before the user makes a choice and loaded in enhanced privacy mode according to the settings described in the Cookie Policy.

7. Retention

Data submitted through requests is retained for the time necessary to manage the communication and any resulting professional relationship and, afterwards, for the time necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations or to protect the Controller's rights. Data that is no longer necessary for these purposes is deleted or anonymised.

8. Rights of the data subject

The data subject may exercise, in the cases provided for by the GDPR, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
